Berries
You probably know that all berries, including raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries are both tasty and good for you. The exorbitant amounts of vitamin C, fiber, but especially antioxidants, mainly anthocyanins and resveratrol, make them great for your overall health.
Antioxidants, though, can get lost in the cooking process, that’s why you never hear of jams as healthy food. Berries are healthy when raw, but not so much after being cooked.
A handful of fresh berries every day is one of the best additions to a healthy diet.
