Stretch Your Body
If your hips are sore or your neck is stiff, then your muscles need some stretching. Commit yourself to stretch each morning for five minutes so you can loosen up the muscles. You will find that you feel so much better the more you do this.
These healthy habits are not difficult to ease yourself into. The trick is to ease yourself into them, so you are more likely to stick to them for life! And besides, throwing yourself into something you are not comfortable with will backfire.
