Establish Healthy Routines
Replace mindless activities that don’t provide much for you, such as watching TV programs that you do not even like. Start doing things that you find relaxing and helpful, and good for you, such as meditation and yoga. Dedicate a time to do these things. Another example of developing a healthy routine is to find time in each day to plan out what you want to accomplish in your subsequent days. Routines are good for you.
