Clean Your Sleep Hygiene
If you are not getting enough sleep, you will likely see it because of poor sleep hygiene. If you are drinking alcohol, coffee, or eating sugar late at night, you will want to stop. If you are watching TV late at night and falling asleep watching TV, then you want to change that habit as well. If you are on your smartphone or tablet, you will want to stop using them two hours before you sleep. In addition to TV, those devices emit blue light, which will interfere with your melatonin levels. You will want to replace those things with reading a calming book in a dimly lit room and relaxing to calming music.
