Start Doing Workouts For Five Minutes A Day
Five-minute workouts a day isn’t enough for a full-blown movement. The ideal work-out should last from 20 to 30 minutes a day, but if you have not worked out at all, start your days with only doing five minutes, and then you can work your way up to 10 minutes a day when you are ready. However, dedicate a time when you will do a workout, and stick to that time. You can do it during the first part of the morning, or you can do it in the later afternoon. However, do not work out late at night, or else it can interfere with your sleeping.
