Red Meat
Processed meat is way more dangerous than red meat, but good old steaks and burgers are hazardous too. Colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, and pancreatic cancer are all related to high levels of red meat consumption.
The World Health Organization has classified red meat as a 2A carcinogenic, meaning there’s a potential risk of developing cancer. This means you don’t need to eliminate red meat from your diet, but you shouldn’t eat it very often either. You should consume more legumes, fish, and poultry than red meat; that’s the safest approach.
