Vitamin C
At last, a familiar name. Vitamin C is well known because it helps us restore our immune system and recover faster from the common cold. We can’t find this essential vitamin in animal-based sources, but it’s widely available in fruits and vegetables.
The citrus family is perhaps the better-known source for vitamin C and includes oranges, limes, lemons ad grapefruits, amongst others. Chili peppers are packed with vitamin C too, and they’re a splendid way to spice up your meals.
