Bread
Everyone started talking about gluten, and suddenly no we all stopped eating bread. If it weren’t for bread, there would be no civilization; how bad can it be? Well, for starters, gluten is not your enemy unless you’re one of the few people allergic to it, and chances are you’re not.
Then there’re the carbs. We need those for energy. Stay clear from white bread that has been stripped from all nutrients and enjoy whole grain instead, and if it’s made with sourdough, even better. Artisan bread is one of the most nourishing foods on the planet.
