Peanut Butter
Peanut butter is not unhealthy; in fact, all types of nut butter are astonishingly healthy. Nuts are fantastic sources of nutrients and plant-based mono-unsaturated oil that can lower your cholesterol levels.
Choose wisely, though; find peanut butter with no added sugar. The commercial stuff is loaded with simple carbs that can lead to obesity and many other modern illnesses.
Pizza
Is pizza healthy? It is, but not all pies are created equal. Commercial pizzas are mostly white bread with little toppings. Artisan pizzas, Neapolitan style, are thin and crispy; these are super healthy. The problem with pizza is white flour, but if the pizza is thin, then there’s nothing to worry about. Avoid processed meat toppings, by the way; go for a classic Margherita or a veggie pizza instead.
