Here’s the untold truth of Coke Zero

Coke Zero’s Health Concerns

We consider artificial sweeteners safe, but there are still some concerns about their long term health risks. What we know so far is that they might increase the risk of suffering diabetes type 2.

Coke Zero might damage your gut bacteria too, and with all those acids and gas, there’s a chance they cause you some digestive discomfort.

Other than that, both Diet Coke and Coke Zero are not that bad. Keep in mind they’ll add nothing to your diet. They’re sugar free, but they also lack all kinds of nutrients, including proteins, carbohydrates, fat, vitamins and minerals; they’re empty nutrition-wise.

Needless to say, if you can avoid soft drinks, do so. All-natural beverages will always be better alternatives. Drink tea, coffee, or good old plain water instead.
