Here’s the untold truth of Coke Zero

The History of Coke Zero

Coke Zero hit the shelves in 2005 with a slick black presentation. We all thought, well, here’s yet another low-calorie Coke. They have revamped Coke Zero more than a few times since then, Zero Sugar Coke, No Sugar Coke, or just Coke Zero, it’s one and the same.

The idea behind its development was creating a zero-carb Coke that actually tasted like the real thing. We can all agree Diet Coke just tastes completely different.

Some people love their regular Coke, while others are Diet Coke fans, but no one likes them both; that’s where Coke Zero Comes in. Added to that, people are not into ‘diet’ products anymore, meaning there was a market need for something new. The Coke Zero was born.

The thing is, does Coke Zero tastes like Coca-Cola? Not really, but it’s certainly closer than Diet Coke.
