Coke Zero VS Diet Coke
As stated on the official Cola website, both drinks are sugar free and calorie-free. Coke Zero’s sugar makes it taste like the original Coke, while Diet Coke just tastes different; as the company says, it has a ‘lighter taste’.
The only other significant difference between the low-calorie drinks is that Diet Coke was created in 1983 and was the company’s first sugar-free drink. Both soft drinks have their loyal followers, so pick yours. They’re both good for you, are they?
This leads us to the final question: is Coke Zero good for you? We all know regular sodas are bad for us; they’re behind most modern illnesses, including diabetes, obesity, heart disease and many more. Are zero-calorie caffeinated drinks any better?
