As explained above, portions matter. We spent the last few decades looking for the healthiest foods to add to our diets while cutting back on “unhealthy” foods. The secret for healthy eating has never been in what we eat or what we avoid, but in the amount of food we eat.
Eating pizza is perfectly healthy as long as you don’t eat half the pie. The same applies to sweets. Don’t worry; you won’t feel hungry once you get used to eating adequate portions.
