✱ 1 – Don’t Shop Hungry
This is a good way of spending less on groceries and buying healthier food. Consumer reports and social studies have proven more than once that we buy more stuff when we’re hungry. We also buy the wrong stuff, like sweets and chocolate.
Have a nice healthy breakfast or lunch before hitting the stores, and you’ll be a wiser buyer.
Most Importantly, have a well-rounded Strategy
Eating well is essential, sure, and it’s even better when you don’t break the bank! But what you eat is half the game plan. Stay active, even if you’re stuck at home.
Keeping your mind active is important too, don’t just sit in front of the TV, try new things, take an online course, or start that do-it-yourself project you’ve been postponing.
We’ll live through this; you can do it. Eat healthy on a budget and use your time well.
