Chicken nuggets are the stuff of nightmares
There’s no chicken breast or thighs in nuggets; they’re made with all those ‘other’ parts of chicken no one wants, sometimes even the inedibles. Even worse, there’s very little chicken in chicken nuggets; they’re made mostly of carbs and fat. Then they fry them, so they’re just some of the unhealthiest foods on earth, and one of the most disgusting too. If only they weren’t so tasty!
