Employees don’t follow all the hygiene rules
We were all teenagers, and none of us had the best hygiene. Now put a bunch of teenagers with a teenage manager in charge of making a thousand burgers a day and expect them to follow all the safety and health rules. That’s not going to happen.
Fast-food restaurants are also often understaffed, and people just keep coming in, so who has time for food safety?
