Increase Your Fiber Intake With Vegetables And Fruits
You probably figured that fruits and vegetables would be mentioned at some point and you are right. But you want to stick to non-starchy vegetables such as carrots, leafy greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers which are technically fruits, turnips, mushrooms, radishes, onions, garlic, and cabbage. Stick to fruits such as berries, apples, nectarines, plums, pears, and limit your intake on bananas as it is a very starchy fruit.
Extra soluble fiber will help you stay full as well which means you will be snacking a lot less. Foods such as nuts, seeds, whole grains, and legumes are high in fiber and as discussed above, they are high in other nutrients.
If you eat those foods in addition to doing those exercises such as cardio and weight-lifting, and you limit your intake of refined carbs and sugar then you will find that your arms will become toned quite fast. In addition to that, you will also find that you will have weight loss in other parts of your body as well which will keep you motivated.
