Broccoli is a superfood as it is full of fiber, antioxidants, vitamins A, C, and E. In fact, if you eat this daily, your health will improve a lot. There is a catch though. If you cook broccoli, it will lose a lot of these nutrients and broccoli tastes better cooked than raw. But when you eat it raw or slightly cooked, you are getting plenty of nutrients into your body. Put some salad dressing on it to make it tastier.
